Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within India

​

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro cities: 2–5 business days

• Other cities and towns: 4–8 business days

• Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or regional service disruptions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, where available.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

​

Due to the personal, intimate, and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to returns and exchanges.

 

Breast Prostheses

​

Breast prostheses may be returned or exchanged only if:

• The product is unused and unworn.

• The product is in its original packaging.

• All tags, inserts, and accessories are included.

• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn breast prostheses cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Mastectomy Bras

​

Bras and garments may be exchanged for a different size if:

• The item is unworn and unwashed.

• Original tags remain attached.

• The item is free from stains, odours, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of use.

• The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used breast prostheses

• Worn or washed bras and garments

• Custom-order or special-order products

• Clearance, sale, or promotional items

Return Approval

​

All returns and exchanges require prior approval from our customer service team. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

​

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect shipment, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

​

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
